You will need a friendly, professional and organized coordinator to handle the ever changing details of your wedding day to allow you and your family to enjoy your guests.
- An experienced, professional Coordinator to handle all the details of your wedding day
- Work with you in the weeks leading up to your wedding day to ensure all of the details
- Create a detailed wedding day itinerary and distribute to all key wedding vendors
- Create a detailed site map for the reception indicating where and how each table is to be setup
- Coordinate Ceremony Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception
- Ensure reception is setup in accordance with your wishes
- Look after the needs of the Bride, Groom, Families and all invited guests
- Ensure the Bride and Groom are at the right place at the right time
- Ensure the DJ, Photographer and/or Videographer know when to be ready for each activity
- Guide the Bride and Groom through the day without any thinking necessary on the part of the Bride and Groom
- Ensure each vendor has what they need to make the day a success
- Solve any unforeseen problems that may arise and if possible insure the Bride & Groom never know about them
- Ensure gifts are safely removed at conclusion of reception
