Jason Diavatis, owner of Bay Area Entertainment, is an Event Designer with an extensive background in theatrical lighting and sound and a seasoned professional in the field of entertainment. He has an intimate understanding of the timing and flow of an event which is critical to the success of any event.

Jason understands that in order to “create an experience” for his clients everyone, including the vendors working the event, must also enjoy themselves and take pride in their participation. He is very easy to work with and has a way of making things happen without being overbearing.

Jason is the President of the San Francisco chapter of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) and a Certified Bridal Consultant through the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) and has a long list of resources locally and nationally at his disposal. Due to his strong events industry relationships which he has developed over the years, he is able to work authoritatively in the best interest of his clients. Jason has planned and coordinated events for Hollywood movie producers… TV celebs… international corporations… but mostly for average hard working people… just like you.
